Delete a company

/v1/companies/{campus}

Deletes a stopped or never-started company and every row of it — buildings, offices, items, runs, approvals, the event log and the manifest — at once. A running company is refused: POST …/stop first. The saved campus, building and office documents stay, so POST …/apply brings the company back, empty.
