Download a workspace file

/v1/workflows/{id}/workspace-files/download

Raw bytes with the stored content type (application/octet-stream when unknown), always Content-Disposition: attachment. The path must name a listed file inside the workspace: .., absolute paths outside /ws and encoded forms are refused.
