/v1/schedules/{id}/run

Also served at /v1/schedules/{id}/execute. Runs the schedule’s workflow once, immediately, as a manual run. input replaces the schedule’s own input for this run. execution_id (= cln_workflow_id) is the id the executions, results and cancel routes take; run_id is the scheduler’s record, the id in /runs.
