Get a trace

/v1/traces/{id}

Authorization: send Authorization: Bearer $PLUNGE_API_KEY; X-API-Key: <ozk_ key> is accepted as an alternative.

Spans are written from a queue and can lag a run that just finished. An unknown id also answers 200 with empty arrays.
