Remember a fact

/v1/memory/remember

Adds one entry to your MEMORY store (or your USER profile with scope: "user"). Saving text that is already stored is a 200 no-op. A refused write (the store is full, or the text matches a threat pattern) is 422 memory_rejected with the current entries to consolidate.
